Delivery

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free Local Delivery: Available for orders over £50 within the UK.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. You will receive a text message on the day of delivery using the phone number provided at checkout.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our return and refund policies:

Returns

• You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Be in their original packaging.

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that the time for funds to appear depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Damaged Items

• Your order number.

• A photo of the damaged item.

We address these cases individually and aim to provide a satisfactory resolution.
